The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was so nice. The room was perfect and the bathroom was large, clean, updated and nice! The breakfast was great! The staff held onto my luggage during the day after my checkout. I had such a great time. Will be staying here every time I return to Bath

The room I was initially given, the toilet unfortunately wasn't functioning. They then not only moved me but upgraded my room. I absolutely loved the room! The staff, Alex was helpful enough to sort my room out, he was very friendly and approachable. The owner, Carole was very kind as well. All in all, I loved my stay at Dukes! Will definitely recommend this place!

I loved everything about this property! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious.
