The apartment is really nice, situated in a great area, quiet and super clean. The host sent us instructions ahead of our arrival on how to get the keys from the box at the entrance. We didn't need much from him but he was very nice in his communication. The apartment had everything one would want: fully equipped kitchen, a few pods for the Nespresso machine, even salt and pepper:)

This is a great place to stay for a mini-break in Perpignan. A stylish and extremely spacious apartment with tasteful neutral decor and nice original features, very well located with a ten minute walk to the centre of town. Very clean. Super comfy queen bed in a vast bedroom. Large ensuite bathroom with bath (shower over). Check in with Beatrice and her husband was very smooth and they were very helpful.
