it was a lovely apartment. I had a little balcony with chairs into the courtyard. a kitchen with dishwasher and some kind of over, tea, coffee, seperate bathrooms, comfortable sheets and pillows, lovely staff and a laundry. I recommend for travellers or short term stays, it was very comfortable and homely.

I was delighted and surprised at how amazing the hotel was. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. I was particularly delighted with the free mini bar and I loved the jelly jar at reception! Our room was impeccable and I really enjoyed the spa.

Everything, except Gala dinner, chef was terrible and his 5 course meal was also a disaster. we left starving at new years eve, and paid 300 usd per person!!!! other than that everything and staff was great

Is it better to have loved and then lost, or to never have loved at all? That is this hotel experience in a nutshell. Everything was exceptional from the pillows to the concierge, to the hotel Grill and the ambience. The staff was exceptionally friendly at reception. The rooms were incredibly large, clean, and well-furnished. The beds are turned down for the night and you quite literally sink into the pillows like Goldilocks. There were also an abundance of amenities from the obligatory toilitries, to complimentary sewing kits and snacks/wine upon arrival. The stay also included laundry and shoe shine service, conveniently made available within the room. Attention to detail is an obvious utmost priority here! The Hotel Grill was another phenomenal experience. Our server(s) (a young blonde gentleman and another young man with a crystal tennis bracelet) were knowledgeable and accommodated our tight schedule. The food was a delight, we had the chateau briande and the truffle-parmesan pasta. Even the doormen were so incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us without hesitation and seeing that we got where we needed to be with a taxi no more than 5 minutes away at any given time. I truly did not want to leave, and I found myself wanting to live here like The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. 10/10!!!

The hotel is located in the nice district. Everything is done with love- stylish and modern rooms. Supportive staff- you can get the answer on all your requests on watsapp quickly. You can also find a luggage storage room free of charge for the hotel guests, WC( floor -1)- it’s really cool when you need to leave your heavy suitcases while waiting for your train or flight after the check-out time ( at 11:00), we were happy to have such a possibility. And even laundry room, rest room and gym ( but I can’t tell more about it, as we used just a luggage storage room). Our room was immaculately clean, well-designed and organized with all necessary stuff. Small kitchen space is really nice with kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, ceramic stove, fridge and krups capsule coffee machine (even some travel size sachets with olive oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, sugar and Nespresso capsules). Some bottles of drinking water were also provided. Wi-fi is stable and high speed. We liked the location very much- just 10 min walk to S- bahn( and 3-5 stops to the center city), also bus stops to different directions. We’ll be happy to stay here again!
