The staff were super friendly. Iago was very helpful and he ensured that our stay was very comfortable. As a foreigner it was very helpful as many people spoke English. I don't even know what to say about this hotel, it is just something else, great location, not too close or too far from the city center, very good breakfast, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful, they deserve a 10 just for the staff alone. Great place for a a family holiday, it entertained from 3 to 60y/o and left us all wanting more.

Location was excellent. Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it.
