The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

Location was great, easy walk from station, near buses and cable car. Staff lovely, easy communication, easy check in, very nice apartment, clean, secure, felt at home, given cards for free transport and other discounts.

Amazing hospitality, great breakfast, the room had all the amenities you could ask, like a bluetooth speaker. Even the soap and the shampoo was really great. The hotel's design was carefully thought of. Location is perfect on the more peaceful side of the river, but still next to all the entertainment you are probably looking for in the old town. Big recommendation!
