After 3 years, this is my second time in this magnificent location, as always a true spectacle! Stepping through the entrance is like stepping into a time machine and when you leave the city skyline behind, you find yourself immersed in a wonderful "era" where you are welcomed as always, with the utmost care. We had the pleasure of staying in the new area, beautifully designed with the same charm and comfort. To All Travels coming to UAE especially in the Sharjah area, I would like to let everyone know that this apartment is exceptional in all aspects from the location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, price, and the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the Host was truly one of a kind. The Host made me feel so comfortable that I felt I was in my own home. The Host was extremely professional from start to finish and in between. I travel all over the world staying in Hotels and Apartments but really this Host and this property is one of my best experiences I have experienced. Do not hesitate and book this property if you are looking for a home away from home with the best Hospitality and superb location. I would rate this 5 start by far!!!!

Daniel is a very hospitable host. It was nice to meet his family. He has provided us a lot of attention and offered additional options for comfort: laundry, PlayStation, VR. The room is spacious and clean. It was difficult for us to find an apartment, but we contacted Daniel on Watsapp and he helped. It was near China Hut. There are many cafes nearby, a beautiful embankment, a park and fountains.

Having the place to ourselves. Warm welcome on arrival with Arsenio and Maran getting us settle into our rooms. Mai Mai who looked after us into the evening was brilliant setting us a fire for us all to sit round when we came back from dinner. She had also set up the swimming pool for a movie night which would have been magical but we talked and laughed so much we didn’t make it.

Before checking with my family in I specifically requested to provide for me a room on the highest floor with a panoramic view, which the management of the hotel provided by following up on our request, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival the staff off the hotel put my family memberships to check in first (as there were two children with us), and again I was being really grateful for this. We truly spent such an amazing time in "Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel", as my children were so excited about an out-door swimming poll - where they swimming daily hours, and what really took my attention was a shuttle bus which was going every day to the beach at 10:am sharp and we were able to come back by then same hotel's bus. By the way, the lobby there reminded me of the ambience of Jumeirah Beach hotel resort, which has certain similarities. The style of the hotel feels quite oriental and luxury the same time, and during our stay it was surprising quiet. Next to the hotel there are plenty of grocery stores, small-scales cafes, and souvenir shops around! The bus station is near by to get Dubai city by paying only 15Dhs) I would like to grant special thanks to the greatest ambassador of the hotel who is Mr.Sam, who was very much courteous, and ready-to-listen-person always ready to help us with our minor requests during our stay. He has such a great sense of humour and a very much dedicated member of this property, which made us feeling to come back soon, which we promised to him in person. Definitely Mr.Sam is to be rewarded for his attention to the details, and excellent service to make our stay so memorable indeed. Thankfully to him we were blown away!
