Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. When an error was made on my credit card the staff was extremely helpful and gave plenty of complimentary services in exchange. The room was beautiful, the location and staff are excellent. We spoke about the exceptional service of this hotel all the way home.
