The rooms are big, clean and comfy. Special shout out to Deborah who was really sweet and went out of her way! Lovely! The staff in general all very nice.

The breakfeast was really great. The location is amazing.The room was small but really comfy. Really close to a coupe of subway stations, various groceries and options to eat.

They had a great check in service. The bed was great for my back as I've had back surgery and the bed caused no pain. It was clean, smelled fresh and I liked that they had a easy to use safe to protect your valuables. It was was right next to Starbucks and a 24 hour pharmacy as well as close to Columbus Circle shops and metro and Central Park. It was a perfect place to stay with my family and I'd stay there again. It also was in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Loved it.

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. Location & the suite was great
