A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

Everything! Perfect location, the apartments are spacious and the bathrooms are too, but there is a problem with indirect lighting in the rooms.

Super locatie - mooie kamer, ruime badkamer en alles zeer netjes zoals het hoort te zijn. Vriendelijk ontvangst en vroege check in was geen enkel probleem. Niets op aan te merken, een aanrader. Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.

Located on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this historic luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and features renowned on-site restaurants and an indoor pool with elevated... The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.
