There was an issue with a pillow I brought from home and Jordan was absolutely fantastic! within seconds He had all the staff on duty looking for that pillow and even went as far as to check the security feed to make sure if the pillow went into the wash or not. in under 10 minutes he sorted it all out and as it turned out it was on the bed dubble wrapped!😂
