Gave us the biggest room they could, helped us get settled, stored our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious, with air con, heating, a lockable door, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The location was great with tons of stuff around us and a 20 min taxi journey to Boston centre, plus good public transport links as an alternative.
