I have stayed here twice whilst in NYC and Joselei at reception is just exceptional she really has stood out to me ! So friendly and accommodating she makes you feel valued as a guest she made both my stays extremely pleasant

The Melrose Hotel has accommodations in Bronx. Featuring a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel itself is amazing, clean, recently renovated and in great condition. The staff were always friendly, willing to help and very kind. One of the ladies in the front desk at one night shift was my lifesaver when at midnight I had a personal issue, she was truly understanding and so kind, really appreciate it!! Asked for extra blankets and they gave us a spare one.

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The building is relatively clean and looks new.  there is also an ample parking for several cars.  the rooms are spacious as well. The bathroom is spacious. The room is spacious to bed. It’s cozy.
