From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.

In a prime location in the centre of Boston, No. 284 provides rooms with free WiFi less than 1 km from Hynes Convention Center. Location was excellent. A beautiful building, and the room was lovely, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Sean, the staff member in the office, was exceptionally helpful when we needed some assistance.

This historic guest house is located in Boston's Back Bay district, only 2 minutes' walk from the Hynes Convention Center and various shops along Newbury Street. Exceptional location, comfort and service. We would return to stay without hesitation.
