The breakfast was typical European/Polish with a large amount of items. The people in reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable in general. The restaurant is open everyday until late. Bus stop is five minutes away, walking. And by bus, the center of Warsaw is one hour away.

I needed a stay in Wilanow so the location was the top prio for me. I didn't expect much from the hotel but this one was new, clean, friendly staff so I would say it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend those hotel for those planning a short stay in Wilanow.

I had a question during check-in, and since the Booking.com chat was unavailable, I messaged the provided WhatsApp number, and received a prompt response. The apartment features a recent renovation with a pleasant style, and the comfortable queen-size bed adds to the positive experience. Having a dedicated parking space in the underground garage is another significant advantage. I highly recommend this option; it left a positive impression on me.

Situated in Warsaw in the Masovia region, Kwatera Paprotka 23 has a balcony and inner courtyard views. Guests staying at this homestay have access to a patio. Super nice and welcoming owner who was ready to help us with anything we possibly needed. Beautiful and sparkling clean room and bathroom. We will make sure to book a room here again if we ever visit to Warsaw again. 100% recommend it!

The place was extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. Immediately when we entered the apartment, we felt as if we were home. The atmosphere, the temperature, the ventilation - everything was perfect. We loved how the apartment had everything anyone could ask for.
