Exe Alameda Reforma is centrally located steps away from Paseo de la Reforma and the Monument to the Revolution, one of the major architectural designs that represent the Federal District. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the waiters, who were very attemptive to my brother who was injured and facilitated everything for him to enjoy a (perfect) meal. We were greeted with kindness from beginning to end. Most wholesome experience I've had in a hotel so far.
