Great breakfast, loved the ham and the vegetable juices, would return just for that! Also loved the relaxing eye blinds, will buy a bunch of them to use at home!

Experience 5-star hospitality in Macao at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip, just 5- minutes' drive from the 18-hole Caesars Golf Macau. I was impressed with the check-in process. We arrived early on a busy Easter Sunday so I knew we would not be able to get into our room. But Becky provided excellent tips on places to see during our visit, and took our bags so we did not need to lug them to a valet for storage. She also personally showed us how to get to the Venetian. The warm welcome made me glad I booked Four Seasons Macau over other nearby hotels. The upstairs room hallways are bright and luxurious, and our room was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. I swam in the one heated pool around 5pm, which was comfortable and not crowded. I also booked massages in the spa and was really happy to get a late evening booking. Oftentimes spas are closed then. The couples treatment room had a hot filled jacuzzi and steam room ready for our use. The therapists were skilled and the massage table and room amenities were great. Best way to end the day!

Quality of the room and services are exceptional. Attention to detail from the guest services crew is spectacular. We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!! The best birthday week ever!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed, we were greeted by Peter who assited us to check in and some good advice on attractions. The room was great, comfortable, great amenities and very clean. The over service over our stay was excellent nothing was too difficult. Very impressed.

Nüwa is part of the City of Dreams in Macau's Cotai Strip, a large holiday complex with a casino and a large shopping arcade. Personalized, attentive service from all the staff from the moment we stepped into the reception until we checked out to head back to HK. Staff were always ready to answer questions, help us out figure out our itinerary, call taxis for us, carry our bags. Before we slept, Arvin made sure that our beds and room, down to tiny details were perfect and smelling oh so good! Joseph and Rose were always ready to answer our questions and were proactive in meeting our needs. Leo, Daniel and Joseph made sure the hotel felt like home to us by greeting us with ready smiles and bidding us goodbye before we left. This is a hotel that will definitely feel like home to me and my family!

Part of the Galaxy Macau resort complex in Cotai City, the luxurious Banyan Tree Macau is the first high-rise urban resort in Macau. One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had... The staff at Banyan Tree Macau went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect... I can not fault them and actually would give them 20/10 points... Thank you
