They pay attention to every little detail in the location, in the room and in the common areas. On top of that the staff was very receptive and warm. It was the best reception and staff I have ever encountered with Imane (riad manager), Mohamed and Madani which besides helping with things inside the riad, scheduled taxis, trips, massage. Me and my mom loved the experience and we would definitively recommend to others.

I have spent one night for a leisure trip in this Riad, i could say that everything was excellent. The location of the Riad is in old Marrakech so it is quite close to many tourist places. The room was fantastic, comfortable and very well furnished in a charming Moroccian style with great attention to the details either inside or outside rooms. The staff put a lot of efforts and passion into caring about guests including check in, welcoming unforgettable Moroccan tea check out and helping them in what required information to visit the excursions in Marrakech. A rich breakfast is offered with all varieties required to start a day. I would highly recommend this Riad to others.

La Sultana Marrakech har et luksuriøst utendørsbasseng og spa med massasjer. Hotellet ligger en 10-minutters spasertur fra Djemaa El Fna, og har takterrasse. The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were beautifully decorated and such a treat to stay in. Both restaurants were delicious but I preferred the rooftop - a bit more casual and relaxed setting, plus it was outdoors and the staff passed out blankets on chilly evenings. Speaking of which, the service was spectacular. They met every request with confidence, courtesy and patience. They arranged a lovely guide (Mehdi) for my first day exploring the medina. The icing on the cake was my little “to-go” breakfast that was given to me at 5 AM on the day of my departure!

Location is excellent and easy to get a taxi from and to the hotel. we've been there several times and enjoy the cheap beer and good atmosphere in the bar. good for watching sport there.
