We were really impressed with how clean the room was. The sheets were crisp and the beds were firm but so comfortable! We received clean towels and water daily. Location was within walking distance of old city and souk, although we took a taxi which is less than $2. Staff was super incredible and answered all of our questions and were able to set up tours for us the same day! Breakfast was a nice spread of quality food and you could even get fried eggs upon request. Good Morrocan coffee and tea! Neighborhood restaurants were good and little markets close. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique. I highly recommend!

Superb place with a comfy room, quiet hotel, helpful staff and OK breakfast. I usually stay in a riad beside the medina but there's always so much noise with rooms overlooking a central courtyard in a riad whereas this hotel had quiet corridors. The staff spoke great English too, so it was easy to get assistance. The location is very convenient for the station, CTM, Supratours and shops and only a 20-minute walk to the medina. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Marrakesh.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

Its proximity to the train station and other landmarks such as Gueliz made exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech a breeze. I was able to easily access all the major attractions without any hassle, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of my trip. However, what truly made my stay at Hotel Safia exceptional was the staff.
