We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

The variety of options offered were not only delicious but also catered to different tastes and preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice, baked goods, and the aromatic coffee that energized me for the day ahead. Location-wise, Hotel Safia couldn't have been more convenient. Its proximity to the train station and other landmarks such as Gueliz made exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech a breeze. I was able to easily access all the major attractions without any hassle, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of my trip. However, what truly made my stay at Hotel Safia exceptional was the staff. The hotel staff members were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly warm and friendly. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I can confidently say that I would choose Hotel Safia again without hesitation during my next visit to Marrakech. It truly is a gem in the heart of this captivating city.
