Everything - the staff, the location, the incredible views, the amenities, the gym etc etc. Out of all the places we stayed whilst on our honeymoon to Japan, this was easily the best. The price was more by comparison, but it still had the highest value.

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighborhood but well located to the subway station. Breakfast options were really nice. The room was small, but the good size will all amenities. The staff was welcoming and polite. I recommend it.

We were allocated a room with a view of the train station, and my children delight in watching the trains from the window.

The hotel room, though small, was still extremely clean and the amenities were excellent (including pajamas) They provide you with these lovely light and fresh breakfast sandwiches every morning. There are multiple convenience stores around the place. The stations (Shimbashi and Daemon) are both about 10min away. There are a whole lot of restaurants that are open even at 12 in the night at Shimbashi station.

The location is really good. Lots of dining options around and only 5 mins from the Shimbashi station. I like the day bed in the room which turns out to be quite comfy to sleep on. (We have a corner twin room and while it technically sleeps two adults and two kids, the beds are small.).

Great location. Access to the all public transport options from Shimbashi Station which was less than a 3 minute walk away. Good food options and access to Ginza. A large FamilyMart is being renovated on the ground floor of the building and will only make it even more convenient
