Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. We stayed in the service apartment part of the hotel. I think the service was a little different like the room cleaning and other room services, but I haven't notice anything less than perfect at the hotel so far. The room was on the 29th floor and got the great view of the Shinbashi station to the south. The room was very spacious including the good size toilet. The amenity in the room was the best I've seen. They even provided 4 hand towels. All of the staff speaks perfect English, even the bell boy and the cleaning maid. The service was beyond what I ever imagined to experience. The Narita limousine bus stops in front of the hotel which was very helpful to us with 2 big luggage each.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. Its a fantastic Grand historic hotel

The room was bigger than I excepted. Very spacious, clean, and modern. Full of amenities. It was near Akihabara Station and close to many restaurants and shops.

The room was outstanding! We felt at home right away. The view was mindblowing, every comfort was there. The staff were very nice and accommodating of our needs.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. Room is spacious. 45sqm is far enough for two people. Room is very clean and well maintained. It's next to the royal palace, there is a park and garden next to it within walking distance. Subway is right under the property that can bring you to the shopping area. Swimming pool is well organized to make sure each time zone limited people is using it to prevent from spreading of covid-19 I was very surprised and happy when my lost earring was found by a cleaning maid in my room. It's a tiny stuff, so I didn't expect it could be found in any circumstance.

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. the staff was very kind. the room is so clean. love it

The Kitano Hotel Tokyo is just steps away from the Nagatacho subway station Exit 4. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage. Very clean, well run hotel. Modern facilities, great staff. In particular sieka k and mayuko e were super responsive and helpful and patient. Very happy with my stay. I saw a few review comments on location - it's not prime but it's next to a subway stop, there are convenience stores everywhere and you're a few blocks from the imperial palace. Quite a neutral location so no complaints.
