Spacious rooms and beds. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to the hygienists. Safe, underground parking that was complementary. Close to top attractions, 15 -20 min drive.

The Orto Di Roma offers a restaurant and free parking. It is less than a 10-minute drive from the EUR district and 15 minutes from Rome's centre. The staff will be happy to help you plan your stay. the fact it had a pool was a decision maker for us as we were travelling with small children who would be In need of pool respite in between sight seeing the staff were kind but prohibited to help kore due to management

Located a 5-minute drive from the Catacombs of St. Callixtus and the Appia Antica street, Antica Locanda Palmieri is immersed in the green E.U.R.-Ardeatina neighbourhood, 7 km from Rome’s centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, when had a problem with the plugs and a charger from another country, at reception they looked everywhere to find a converter and when could not find it they provided us with both an apple and an android charger to use while we stay there. The stay wss very comfortable and the property was just beautiful.

Гарні апартаменти, співвідношення ціна-якість. Знаходяться в 20-30 хвилин від центру. Тихий, спокійний район. Рядом є піцерія та кафе. Гарна транспортна розв'язка, нічний транспорт. Добрий сніданок (включено в ціну) в цілому кухня завжди в доступі кава/чай та інше. Дуже привітні господарі, завжди на зв'язку (за потреби). Залишились лише позитивні враження від цієї подорожі.

Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

Дуже гарної якості постіль. Підземний гараж. Різноманітний посуд. Якби була можливість, ми би там залишилися на довше, бо помешкання дуже гарне і затишне. І що саме головне -це розташовано на зручній відстані від усіх історичних місць Риму. Тихо і безпечно. Дякуємо.

Very cozy and tidy apartments in quit location around 3 minutes walk from the metro. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌
