It was little bit cold (fresh) inside, but it is quite logical for this season. And we used air condition in bedroom and there was very warm. Very cozy and tidy apartments in quit location around 3 minutes walk from the metro. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌
