I have to say, our recent stay at Appia Garden apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it's even more spacious and comfortable than the pictures suggest. But what really made our stay special was the host, Rossella. She was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. Overall, we give our experience at Appia Garden a perfect 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in the area. Rooftop Appia antica, Attico silenzioso residenziale is situated in the Ardeatino district of Rome, 4.4 km from Ponte Lungo Metro Station, 4.4 km from Basilica San Paolo Metro Station and 4.5 km from... Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

Very cozy and tidy apartments in quit location around 3 minutes walk from the metro. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌
