The staff were friendly and professional. They can call a taxi for you that usually arrives in 5 mins. The whole hotel has a historical vibe. It's beautiful and comfortable.

Das City Life Hotel Polizano ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in günstiger Lage in einem der lebhaftesten Viertel von Mailand. We had a great stay in Poliziano Hotel! It is to high standards, and out of our expectations. Christian, night manager in front desk checked us in and did the extra service upon us. He helped us with a lot of questions, and even ordered us some night food. He helped fix up the wifi, and offered us breakfast including in our room even tho we didn’t book that. The room is amazing with all facilities you can need in a room. They even cleaned up the room after we can back form breakfast.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.
