The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing … opening the window, it was like our own serenade … if you didn’t want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)

Set along the Arno River with stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio, The St. Regis Florence is set in a historical building designed by Brunelleschi. The hotel is located in an old palazzo. Great location next to the river Arno in the historical centre. The quality of service and staff friendliness were exceptional. I would like to commend the lady at check-in and the concierge!

Set just 7 minutes’ walk from Santa Maria Novella Basilica, The Place Firenze enjoys superb panoramic views from its rooftop terrace. The hotel is amazing, has a very special feel, almost like staying in a palace. It is in a fantastic location with restaurant on the piazza. Service is great, check in and check out so easy. Car service is a nice touch. We loved everything.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, it smelled clean, facilities were great. Beautiful restaurant and the food was exceptional. The best thing is they had a smart tv in the room. This is very comforting when you’re in a foreign country and at night all you want to do is watch some tv that you’re used to. The staff were also so very helpful and friendly.

Location is very good. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to all the major landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything. Very clean and updated rooms.
