Situated in Florence, 5.7 km from Santa Maria Novella, Wyndham Garden Florence features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. The staff welcomed us very cheerfully and remained professional, asked our documents for registration and then gave us all the important informations and our room pass. No antipathy was noticed with the fact that we are black people. Definately, if I am to go to Firenze again, I will go there.

Located 5 minutes' drive from Florence Peretola Airport, close to the A1 and A11 Motorways, Hotel Franchi offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and a bar. Wi-Fi connection is available for free.... The staff was very helpful and friendly, although we thought the hotel would have no staff as we were told to do everything by a phone app (even room key!), but staff welcomed us and even helped us with transportation into the city and booking a taxi (although it never arrived in the morning...). Hotel was fresh, as well as our room, clean towels and a fresh smell to the whole room. The hotel is located roughly 15 minutes walkway from the airport (but we went by taxi), so for the location solely I would recommend this. But the whole experience was very plesant and we could definitely stay at Hotel Franchi, were we to come to Florence again!
