The apartments were clean, the staff were friendly, the lack of air conditioning was not a problem because the windows did not face the sunny side on my apartment.Nice bonus was the excellent coffee for breakfast. The room is more than enough if you are in Firenze for 3-4 days.the bathroom was nice and big and what's the most important thing is that everything was very clean. There is tram station in just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. With the tram you can easily reach to the city centre and all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!
