It is situated on the upper Richmond road close to Putney high street. We went realising that there would be noise from the road as this is an urban area,but we did not find it intrusive and slept well. Great welcome from reception person who was very helpful

Nicely furnished and fully equipped flat. Everything was super clean and the host was very kind! We got complimentary drinks, cereals etc. what was really nice! The neighborhood is quiet and looks safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A simple but nice complimentary selection of breakfast items - yoghurt, cereal, muffins, cookies, fresh cold milk, coffee and tea - was available in the room or in the communal fridge, which is definitely a plus! As to the pub, we had dinner there once and the food was great. I have two criticisms, neither of which interfered with my overall positive impression: there are a number of stains on the carpet (a tiled floor would look tidier and be easier to clean as well); the room number 1 is quite noisy as it is located next to the staircase which leads to all the other rooms, so you can hear people coming in throughout the night.
