Set in London, The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously appointed with FREE parking and tube close by is a recently renovated accommodation, 3.4 km from Colliers Wood and 3.9 km from Clapham Junction. The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!

Denne leiligheten ligger 3,5 kilometer fra Battersea og O2 Academy Brixton i London, og har en terrasse med utsikt over hagen og gratis Wi-Fi overalt. Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

The receptionist was very considerate in offering me early check -in when I arrived early at the hotel. He offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that the heating was on before I entered my room. The service was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Balham tube station. Lots of eateries around the tube station. The hotel is also not far from park and green spaces . The room also has desk and chair so one can do some work comfortably. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Contemporary 2-Bedroom Apartment is set in the Wandsworth district of London, 3.7 km from Clapham Junction, 5.8 km from Stamford Bridge - Chelsea FC and 5.8 km from The All England Lawn Tennis Club... Great place, cosy and clean, close to restaurants and transportation.
