The hotel is located in a ship with a varied history - used during wartimes, but also for trade, then for a playboy‘s party life, it had been left unused for many years before the current owners restored it. Hotel rooms are designed as cabins with en-suite bathrooms, breakfast and drinks are served in the upper deck. We loved the design of the rooms and common areas - high quality and nicely classic without any kitsch. Service was impeccable, and while breakfast was rather simple, the bar served very creative cocktails. Certainly a very unique experience!

Park View Hotel is located only 1.2 mi from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. Very close to town by tram. Bus stop just outside hotel. Very helpful staff. The room was perfect for my family. We had a lovely time and will definitely book again. 10/10

Located in Edinburgh, 1.8 miles from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

The apartment was more than amazing: from its location to its amenities, its the perfect base to explore Edinburgh in all its glory. The Cottage offers both a washing machine as well as a full-functioning kitchen. It is only a 3-minute walk away from the shore, which itself offers both amazing (seafood) restaurants, as well as an amazing view. Overall, I will be more than happy to once again stay there in the future

Remarkable 2 Bed Apartment in Edinburgh is located in Edinburgh, just a 15-minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia and 1.4 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. We stayed in this apartment from October 2nd to October 5th, 2022. This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We felt like home and didn't even want to leave. The apartment has everything you need and even more. Very clean and comfortable with all equipment. Free underground parking and Tesco in the same building. Very friendly hosts.
