The employees are very kind. The location is perfect, near the ocean, and close to the tramway stop. The bedroom was quiet. The breakfast was very good … a typical English breakfast. This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The room was exceptionally large for a hotel, the TV too. There was more than enough space to spread out, including a large desk and multiple chairs. Exceptional, I really loved the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again for sure!

I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

Το Old fisherman's Cottage No 4, free parking βρίσκεται στο Εδιμβούργο, σε απόσταση 3,2 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Edinburgh Playhouse και 3,8 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Σταθμός Τρένου... Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

They have been there to answer questions for us months ahead of our stay..and there to greet us upon arrival. The apartment was so nice and a great location..we could walk all over Leith at our leisure..felt safe everywhere we went. We highly recommend a stay at this apartment!
