The employees are very kind. The location is perfect, near the ocean, and close to the tramway stop. The bedroom was quiet. The breakfast was very good … a typical English breakfast. Located in Edinburgh, 2.9 km from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.
