We had a wonderful time at Arsan's flat in Valencia. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our work and leisure. The wifi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the city. Arsan was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. The apartment is super clean, with all possible amenities for short or mid term stays. Everything is practical and new. We did not use the garage (we did not rent a car) and the pool (because we visited in winter) but those are also to be mentioned. The personnel is very approachable and always reachable for any questions.
