We loved every second in this hotel! the staff are going out of their way to make sure we are happy, the hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious with modern design. The breakfast was simple but made with love, but oh boy, the coffee they were preparing for us was AMAZING! Never tried better coffee at a hotel! The hotel is walking distance from the city centre and the beach so we walked everywhere! If we come to Valencia again, we are staying here for sure!

I will always remember my visit to Valencia with the best memories and emotions because of the people. Especially at the Sercotel Valencia Alameda, staff made us feel so welcome, not only within the hotel but to the city as well. They really went out of their way to answer each and every question, provide suggestions, and even help us with our "intermediary level" Spanish. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and even though the rooms are very comfortable, what make this hotel really stand out, is it's people. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping, they all make you feel so welcome. Consistent behaviour, discrete, well trained, and really going beyond what is expected of them. Kudos to Adrià and Davinia! It was very clean there. Free coffee and cake is additional value of this place. Very quite and in the most important not far for everything in Valencia
