The location is central and within walking distance to the historic area, shops and restaurants. Yet rooms facing the street had good sound proofing and were quiet. The air conditioner worked perfectly during this hot summer, rooms were very clean, and beds were comfortable. We had connected rooms which is very convenient for families. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately I couldn’t get their names but the receptionist on our arrival and at check out were very helpful.

Het stijlvolle Catalonia Plaza Mayor ligt in het centrum van Madrid, op 600 meter van de Plaza Mayor en op 10 minuten wandelen van het Prado en het Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza. We had a big room this time, with space for all the luggage and for us to move. Also the bathroom was very nice and big. We had a super big smooth bed where we slept very well, even though we had a street room. One very nice detail was that they gave us carton bags with some breakfast, because we had an early flight back home. We really loved to stay in Catalonia Plaza Mayor Hotel.

Nice and pretty spacious room, very good location, friendly staff, cosy hotel. Would love to stay here in the future!

The staff has been the best I have ever met. They were amazing in everything I asked for. The location was 5 min walking from metro, train station, museums. The room perfect as well.

Centrally located, One Shot Prado 23 offers design-rooms with TV, and free Wi-Fi. Just 150 metres from Plaza Santa Ana Square, the hotel is a 7-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Very clean and cozy. Bed is exceptional! Very quite place.

Dit stijlvolle hotel biedt een gemeubileerd dakterras met een seizoensgebonden hot tub, een bar en een prachtig uitzicht op Madrid. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I only stayed one night, but the room was perfectly clean, the facilities were nice and new, as expected from the room description and photos when I was booking it. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
