It is riggt next to police station so the area is very safe. There is a restaurant in the ground floor with delicious and cheap breakfast and lunch.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Lobby smelling awesome, Every staff has a smile and wanting to make you feel happy. It will be Elvis, both Ceasar’s , Stephenie and all the remaining stylish females at the reception . And thank you for the welcome drinks. The reception on 2 floor is elagant. Just suggestion: The 8 th floor can be decorated more, the painting is depressing in the lobby and in the room, put some plants in the lobby with a chair. Get the carpet changed into orange and red bright colours. The room we had 802 bathroom - in the shower change the stand of soap and shampoo to other side, it hits the body when you are under the shower. Take a shower and you will understand. The location is amazing. The staff helping at the entrance are superb. The breakfast was amazing.

It’s centrally located; it’s a great price; the room was spacious and clean; and Jorge at the front desk was super helpful and gracious. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room size was good, the bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly, and the rooftop bar had a cool vibe. Breakfast was decent, and the view was a nice bonus. Would recommend! 👍

Well situated in the centre of Guayaquil, Hotel Patrimonial by Greenfield offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Amazing value for money. Super clean rooms, we got upgraded option cause classic double rooms were finished. Stuff is extremely helpfull with everything. We could leave baggage for few days and fly to Galapagos. Everytime we need something, we were taken care off. Very nice arrange, pool and all spaces. Spacious bathroom with a nice hot shower with a good pressure.
