Mr.Bashar from the reception was very helpful and friendly. Overall cleanliness and design of the hotel was also amazing.

Perfect location to see a concert at the Backstagewerk and this is now my default hotel when need to visit Munich.Stones throw from the tram stop to get into town and the reception sells the ticket for that. Easy walk to shops and restaurants , after using Google maps for information.Plentiful and functional breakfast.
