Located in Munich, a 11-minute walk from Karlsplatz (Stachus), Cocoon Hauptbahnhof has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. This hotel is really cute and fun! The folks working there were so friendly, helpful, and just nice! The room was a decent size, clean, good details like a full length mirror and nice hangers. The bathroom is good, a little small overall - not much counter space, but the shower is a great size and water pressure is excellent. The bed was firm, but not super hard. There's also a bar in the lobby, which is nice. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't speak to that. The location is very convenient, near the train station, but it's not sketchy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this design hotel is directly located next to Munich Central Train Station. Awesome place to stay. - Hotel Staff: All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Mohamed at the front desk provided helpful guide to get around the city. - Room: Spacious, super comfy beds. They had the room prepared (with sofa bed set up) ahead of time. - Breakfast: Breakfast was great with excellent selection. It was a bit packed by 8am but there were tables available. - Location: Can't be better - just a short walk away from Marienplatz and right opposite the Central Railway Station (München Hauptbahnhof), with Halal restaurants well within walking distance. Close enough to walk to Deutsches Museum. - Parking: We drove to the hotel, and the hotel provided secure overnight parking (for a fee). We did not bother to drive our car during our stay, and took Uber (to BMW Museum + Welt) and subway as much as possible. - Amenities: Self laundry were also provided (and free of charge) for hotel guests.

Enjoying a central location in Münich, this modern hotel is just 1969 feet from the Theresienwiese, home of the famous Oktoberfest. It offers free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk and spacious rooms. We stayed here as it was stumbling distance to Oktoberfest as well as a few train stations including the main station (Munchen Hauptbahnhof) which was very useful and cheap to get to the airport. The room itself was spacious and clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has 2 elevators and we never had to wait long for them. Also convenient was the lederhosen/dirndl shop located directly opposite the hotel during Oktoberfest. The location is not pretty or anything and it was quite pricey during Oktoberfest but the convenience was worth it.
