Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

Just a 2 minute walk from Planten un Blomen Park and the Schanzenviertel district, this 4-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a Mediterranean restaurant and a 24-hour reception. The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. The location, given the purpose of my visit is excellent. I believe this is my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel and I will certainly return. It is a very quiet hotel with good housekeeping.

Pyjama Park Schanzenviertel is located in the Sternschanze district in Hamburg, 800 metres from Hamburg Fair. Rooms include a flat-screen TV. Everything exceeded our expectations - we were a little alarmed by the name hostel and some reviews but the hotel was delightful - excellent staff and helpful reception notably Tim.
