On a scale from 1 to 10, this hotel's location is a 20. It is right next to Hamburg's beating heart - the St. Pauli Reeperbahn entertainment district. For people who like to walk - you can walk safely around this area any time of day and night, the entire area is lively and full of people (if you are not a walker, there is an underground train station in front of the hotel). As a female who was alone I felt very safe, both in the area and when entering the hotel and my room. Despite being in the entertainment district, the hotel is extremely quiet - I did not hear a single sound during my stay. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed comfy and the view from the window lovely. The hotel is also a short walk to Hamburg docks - the landmark St. Pauli landing docks. This hotel is not very close to the city's center (in terms of walking), but you need to be in the center only if you are planning to sleep in the evenings as all businesses close relatively early in Germany. A note regarding footwear - unlike, for example, the Las Vegas Strip where glass is strictly forbidden, the streets of Hamburg's entertainment district tend to be covered in broken glass (they are cleaned on a daily basis, but people brake glass again :-)), so wear shoes with a hard sole.

Situated in Hamburg’s Altona district, this modern hotel enjoys great public transport links and is just 400 metres away from the Neue Flora musical theatre. Parking fit my Jeep Wrangler 4 door enclosed in their parking garage. Close to the park, since our dog traveled with us. Close to public transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

This hotel lies in Hamburg city centre, between the St. Pauli and Sternschanze districts. Hotel Domicil Hamburg by Golden Tulip offers modern rooms with free WiFi. Everything was great, very nice friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite large clean bright and Cosy . Location was good as well. Very comfortable hotel, my recommendations

Set in Hamburg, St. Pauli Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a garden. Millerntor Stadium is 1.8 km from the bed and breakfast, while St. I loved the location and the room. People were very nice with me at the check-out. Beautiful place in a great area. I will definitely come back in the future.
