I love the location so much. it is tucked away nicely in the Hutong but also close enough to the bustling street! it was really dark and quiet at night which allowed for good rest! the hotel breakfast was beyond excellent! the whole experience was one of the best I have had - after staying at many places!

If you are visiting Beijing this hotel is a great location in the middle of a busy street with lots of food options and the staff can speak English which is a huge plus! The room is very spacious and clean, we choose one with a window and had an amazing stay here for a very good price. For all foreigners that are traveling to Beijing, here are some tips: Buy your internet sim card at the airport, you cant buy them downtown!! If you would like to see the forbitten city you need to buy tickets days in advance (4/5 is the earliest as its sold out all the time). Your train tickets you need to book in advance and you need your passport to buy a ticket. If you arrive at the station it can take hours before you can go on a train. If you visit the great wall at Badaling, we advise: do not go between 10 am and 2 pm, we arrived and had to stand in line for 2 hour when we got down at 3 pm there was no one there and you could go up right away, we wish we knew. (we are no hikers and only wanted to visit the wall for 2 hours to see it however we went down right away as it was over crowded, we only stayed 30 min)

Beijing Tang House (NanLuoGuXiang) is located in Dong Cheng District, just 800 metres from The Lama Temple. The air-conditioned rooms are decorated in pastel colours and enjoy free wired internet. The hotel was super nice and would meet European Requirements of travellers. It was spacious, modern and overall clean. The location was quite good as you could walk to Confucius and lama temple. Also there are many shops and restaurants around. The staff was sooo friendly! They helped us out so many times with difficulties that we faced and they were so warm and friendly. They also brought two bottles of water every day.

Mao'er Hutong B&Bは北京の歴史ある胡同に位置しています。館内全域で無料Wi-Fiを利用できます。什刹海駅（8号線）と南鑼鼓巷駅（6号線）まで徒歩すぐです。 ベッド＆ブレックファーストから南鑼鼓巷まで徒歩3分、鐘鼓楼まで徒歩5分、北海公園まで徒歩10分、景山公園まで徒歩15分、紫禁城と天安門広場まで約3km、北京首都国際空港まで22km、雍和宮まで車で7分です。... the bed was a traditional Chinese wooden carved bed - very big and more comfortable than it looked. Shower room and bathroom were not modern but were very adequate and the provision of sliders for the shower and slippers for the room were very appreciated. It would be good if they could provide some tea / coffee for the room - provided a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee. It wasn't a big deal though.
