This hotel offers 5-star accommodation, varied dining options and a wellness centre with whirlpool, gym, sauna, squash court, massages and beauty treatments in the heart of Santiago. Room was comfortable, spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent we walked everyday to restaurants, cafes, mall, banks a park everything we needed. We did have a car to get to the Pan Am Games venue, the secure, underground parking at the hotel made it easy to have the car. The breakfast was good we could find what we needed daily( which is often a challenge when you are a vegetarian). The restaurant and bar on the property was a plus when you just wanted to stay close. We want to make a special note regarding the staff who are exceptional, went above and beyond to help us, were always friendly and professional. They are reason enough to stay or return! Thank you guys for everything!

The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes er nútímalegt hótel í íbúðar- og viðskiptahverfinu í Santiago, aðeins 3 húsaröðum frá Araucano-borgargarðinum. This is the best Best Western I have stayed it. Very clean, well designed rooms very comfortable, staff spoke English well and were very helpful even with things like getting tickets to a concert Very good breakfast, and excellent location in a safe area with enough restaurants within walking distance.

Located close to Parque Arauco Shopping Center, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. Manquehue Subway Station is 1 km away. Staff extremely helpful and always with a 😃

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Everything was great, location, staff, room size, free daily water bottles, breakfast, etc.

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. One of the best Hotels I’ve ever been! The staff is incredible, the rooms huge and beautiful, great architecture. Early checkin was no problem and I even got a coffee offered while waiting! Lovely pool.
