Will definitely come back again. We had a fire alarm that was triggered at 11am by a smoke detector. The staff handled it well with the evacuation.

The breakfast was fresh and good, the rooms were clean, the location is next to a lot of restaurants and really close to a ferris wheel. We visited everything it is to visit in Bruxelles without any public transportation because everything it was kinda close (except the atomium because it was like 6 km, but it was a subway nearby). The staff were really polite and nice with us. Everything was great.

We had a large room with a king bed and a twin bed in a separate little area and it was lovely. The room also had a little balcony. I don’t think all rooms are like this. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked great and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good and plentiful but maybe a bit overpriced. The coffee was wonderful. The hotel is very close to public transport which is cheap, fast and easy to use. (You will have to walk a couple of blocks to the hotel but the area seems very safe). Many shops( some pretty high end) and restaurants are within a short walking distance. If you don’t need to stay right in the city but want easy access I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decorated in industrial vintage style, this hotel is only 600 metres from Louise Metro Station. Zoom Hotel has an intimate garden courtyard and a bar serving local Belgian beers. Lovely little hotel close to Louise. Friendly staff, large room, great water pressure and temperature in bathroom. The decor downstairs gives a nod of nostalgia to film photography. Rooms are minimalist but well equipped. Good breakfast, with eggs cooked on the spot.
