The hotel decorations, interior design and all the carefully matched little details up to the toiletries (again my OCD kicking in 😅) but more importantly the entire staff's attitude, patience and eagerness to assist with your every demand and to resolve unexpected issues for you. They even got me out of hot waters with my own transport arrangement mishap and so I was able to make it to my flight back just in time, so a BIG THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏 to them. And of course the reception candies 😍 I can imagine how much more will this hotel improve your trip experience if it would be planned a little more in advance and for longer stays.

Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman is located at the heart of Brussels' European District, 350 metres from Schuman Metro. Free WiFi is offered in the hotel. Spacious and very comfortable rooms! The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was really nice and well sized. The room was also really well equipped with coffee making facilities, a fridge and even ironing board and iron! The hotel will also provide any toiletries you might be missing, complementary - very handy. Buffet breakfast, great! Staff, really friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, highly recommend.

I repeatedly return to this hotel because I am always completely satisfied and feel great here. Last time I was even selected as VIP guest of the day, a big room and a little surprise awaited me. Thank you 😊

Ovaj hotel iz lanca Best Western smešten je u renoviranoj vili, preko puta parka Senkantener. Nalazi se na 2 minuta hoda od stanice metroa Merod i zgrada institucija Evropske unije. Room was nice, comfortable, quiet and parkside. Breakfast was nutritious, good coffee. Hotel was located along the park, not quite in the center but in a good location.

Hotel Satellite is located in the European District in Brussels, a 10-minute walk from Schuman Train, Bus and Metro Station, from where the city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. The man at reception (who's name I forgot to get) was very welcoming and humorous and I was surprised when he showed us the room how much space we had and how bright and clean it was so first impressions were brilliant. We stayed in the 1st room nearest the entrance, only for 1 night but we would have gladly stayed for longer if we were able to! Comfy beds, warm shower, clean room with all the amenities we needed all for a decent price, A+
