The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Every detail works, the place is spacious, fully equipped and beautifully designed to provide a relaxing and homey atmosphere great after work. A lot of natural materials and a genuine Brussels rooftop vibe. Would work perfectly as a romantic getaway too. Good Nespresso coffee:) and a charming host who cares about sustainability.
