She explained everything and gave us some recommendations. The room was super clean and big. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

First of all, I liked the host. She is just a VERY pleasant person. It was like I had known her and she had been a friend for over 20 years, but we had never met before. Her email communication was warm and fast. I liked the peacefulness of the area. No other traffic than the residents. The grocery store is less than a 5 minutes walk away.

Overall the house is wonderful as noted by other reviews. Very modern, clean with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee maker (so bring those pods). Having a washer/dryer available was perfect as we had laundry to do. The upgraded wifi was incredibly fast as well. We went in the "offseason" so finding parking in the center of Brugge was very easy.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners of the property were really nice and friendly and they had no problems with any of our requests. And the breakfasts were delicious!

The WhatsApp message sand advice were amazing and really elevated our holiday. This place was well located and we could visit all the places we wanted with ease.
