Myself and colleagues were attending a conference in the area last minute. Rather than spend £10k on 3 hotel rooms, we took a chance and booked an apartment. I’m so glad we did. The apart was perfectly located to meet people at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the conference centre - both just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. The owners were an absolute delight to work with - helping with our check in and out requirements - always answering our requests within minutes. I could not recommend this property more highly. I arrived at 1am on 17 April after the heavy rain hit Dubai. The taxi queue at the airport was endless and hardly moving. The property manager Muhammed Sahood reached out and offered to pick me up. It took him almost 2 hours to get to the airport due to many road closures. He then took me to the apartment and checked me in at 5am! Muhammed showed me incredible kindness during an extremely challenging time, without asking anything in return! I hope his boss reads this message and reward him accordingly.
