Set on the Dubai Creek, this non-smoking hotel offers luxurious accommodation with unmatched views of Dubai’s skyline. It features an outdoor pool and direct access to the Festival City Mall. My trip was perfect, thanks to the great staff at the check-in desk. They helped me with all my questions, provided the necessary info, and gave me an awesome room with a perfect view! Directly connected to the Dubai Festival City Mall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City boasts a 25-metre outdoor pool that extends onto a balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Creek. Staff response and reactivity was really appreciated during my stay. They tried their best to respond to my requests even when it was difficult to do.

This luxurious hotel offers free parking and is just 2 km from Dubai International Airport. It is close to Dubai Creek and the Festival Marina. Great hotel with all facilities, excellent daily housekeeping (please tell them thank you), reception staff lovely, staff at restaurant Mezza very helpful. Room was excellent, with a nice view, well equiped and nice little touch for comfort. Superb continental breakfast with daily greetings by the Chef in person.
