Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.

First of all, very pleasant and capeable stuff at all facilities we had a chance to use durung our too short stay. We had fantactic comfortable connected rooms with amazing 12th floor panoramic view to Creek and Downtown. Exelent breakfast in a dinning hall on the 1st floor with a picturesque view. Design of the hotel was high-edge at the time it was bult, That might be the only thing that needs work. Next trip to Dubai, this will be our choice.

Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.

You have just in front of the hotel boats, river transport for Nol Card, that can take you across, also new but very historicaly made trade market for their original staff, like kasmieer scarves, long dreesis, coffe, spices, small caffees.

El Al Seef Heritage Hotel es un lugar perfecto para descubrir las raíces de Dubái y los auténticos Emiratos. The hotel is very special style and nice deco. Staffs are,very nice to guests and warm service. I like this place and will come back again! I will recommend it for everyone !
